Peter Goldscheider has more than 25 years experience as a senior executive in the securities and finance industry. Before jointly establishing EPIC with Gustav Wurmböck, he was Vice President for Marketing and Sales and Board Member of Zürich Kosmos Insurance Company in Austria, and he began his professional career with IBM Austria, serving in a number of executive positions.

His professional activities included serving as Chairman of the Board of EPIC (Advisors) Russia Ltd. and I. EPIC Holding, Prague and as President of the Board of KINTO Investments & Securities, Kyiv (www.kinto.com); he also was co-founder and board member of Invision AG, a Zug-based investment group focusing on leading edge technology and innovation companies (www.invision.ch). Peter Goldscheider is a board member of Rivada Networks (www.rivada.com).

Mr. Goldscheider also served a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ukrtelecom from August 2011 until October 2013, since the majority (92,97%) of Ukrtelecom was acquired by ESU Ltd., EPIC's subsidiary in Ukraine.

Mr. Goldscheider received his Ph.D. in Law from the University of Vienna Law Faculty and attended the IBM/Harvard Business School joint senior managers program. He is the recipient of the Golden Order of Merit of the City of Vienna.

Gustav Wurmböck is a recognized expert in the field of corporate finance who held positions in prestigious companies such as IFC - International Finance Corporation (a member of the World Bank Group), DEG (Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft) German investment company as well as in the Austrian Länderbank (today's UNICREDIT Bank Austria) where he held the position of Director of the International Finance Department in Vienna and the director of the branch working with the capital market. He has been a member of the supervisory boards of companies in Austria, Hungary and Croatia. He gained his extensive professional experience by working in Austria, Germany, the United States and Cameroon. Gustav Wurmböck gained his extensive experience and knowledge in the fields of energy, telecommunications, privatization, banking and construction as well as by participating in processes of privatization in Eastern Europe. He is one of the co-owners and members of the company EPIC, Goldscheider und Wurmböck Unternehmensberatungsgesellschaft m.b.H from Vienna, which has invested into multiple industries throughout Europe. He has held various positions within the supervisory boards of VALAMAR Group and is currently President of the Supervisory Board of Valamar Riviera Inc based in Poreč.

Franz Lanschützer was born in St. Margarethen im Lungau, Austria and he has gained extensive experience in corporate finance and asset management in Central and Eastern Europe. He is partner in the company EPIC, Goldscheider und Wurmböck Unternehmensberatungsgesellschaft m.b.H.. For the last twenty years he has been working in the field of mergers&acquisitions and corporate finance in Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, Croatia and other former Yugoslav countries and the establishment and management of investment funds in the Czech Republic and Croatia and has established and managed investments in the Czech Republic and Croatia. Prior to joining EPIC, he has held executive positions in Ernst & Young and Price Waterhouse. He completed his MBA in Vienna (Vienna University of Economics) and then obtained his PhD in Business Administration from the University of Budapest. He has been in management positions within Valamar Group since 1999, including the position of the President of the Board and CEO of Valamar Group Inc. and the member of the supervisory boards of VALAMAR ADRIA HOLDING Inc. and Riviera Adria Inc. (now Valamar Riviera Inc.) After the merger of VALAMAR entities Franz Lanschützer was appointed as CEO and President of the Board of Valamar Riviera Inc. based in Poreč. Since June 2015 Mr. Lanschuetzer holds the position of Vice President of the Supervisory Board of Valamar Riviera Inc.

Bobo Ristic is responsible for EPIC’s business development in South East Europe. He joined EPIC in 1998 and successfully closed numerous corporate finance transactions as well as extended the organization’s presence to Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Ukraine, Turkey, Albania, Romania, Georgia, Bosnia & Herzegovina. Prior to joining EPIC, Mr. Ristic spent four years in Russia and China as Senior Managing Director representing the Chinese Local Government whereby he coordinated the Government’s acquisitions efforts as well as executed a number of restructuring and project finance assignments. In addition, he gained experience in the energy sector through assignments in Serbia, China and Kazakhstan.

He has worked in the corporate development, M&A, privatization, enterprise analysis, corporate and business restructuring, strategic planning and deal making across several industries, deal structuring and closing transactions. Apart from graduating from Webster University, Austria (BA) and Columbia University, New York (MA & MIA), Mr. Ristic gained further professional qualifications from Cambridge University, UK.
